The company's migration tool, designed to streamline transitions, witnessed a quadruple increase in downloads within the last six months. Notable entities that have transitioned to Zoom Team Chat include a global supply chain leader with over 1,200 users, a prominent law firm boasting 1,500 users, and a financial payments leader with more than 2,000 users.
In a strategic move in April, Zoom acquired Workvivo, a step that bolstered its market positioning.
